New York New York...

New York New York... The city of... Money lol.

It's been two or three weeks since I got here really. Didn't update on the blog for a number of reasons. One. I've been quite busy. Two. I don't know what to write. Three. There's no internet connection yet at the place I live in. Pathetic huh?

Anyway, here's an update from me. =)

I've started school two weeks ago. The school is called... The Art Institute of New York City. Fancy, innit? ;) It takes quite awhile to adjust myself to the new environment, the strangers I'll be seeing for two years. Well actually... A year and... 9 months? Not sure. Anyhoo! The classes so far has been great! And smart school arranged my schedule very neatly. =) Monday, Tuesday, 8:15 am - 12:15 pm. Thursday, Wednesday, 6:00 - 10:00 pm. Ha! 4 hours of lectures each. How cool is that? lol.

New York is cold. Like I mean super duper cold!!! I wear a shirt, jacket/sweater and a coat, and it's still cold. =s crazy isn't it? Yet! I have a very nice roommate and housemate. =) They're cool! And like usual, I'm the youngest. In the house and the school haha. No one really tell their ages at school unless they're asked. But no one asked me haha. So they don't really know. Awh well! =) It's better for them to not know. =p

I've been eating lots of junkies here lol. Less proper meal and I know if my mum finds out about this, she'll kill me haha. I would only eat one proper meal a day, and then eat Doritos for the rest of the day of M&M's or whatever I feel like having lol. Sometimes two meals. And that would be the most. Oo speaking of M&M's, I want the world to know that... I LOVE M&M'S.

They're just soooooo beautiful. In every single way. The appearance, the smell, the taste, the name, ooo everything!!! ^^ I bought one full bag of M&M's. Aren't you jealous of me? ;)

I've also discovered a cafe that has delicious ice cream. Well not really discovered. Someone brought me there. And I love it!!! Here's a picture of what I had there. Shaved Ice with green tea ice cream.

At the very bottom is shaved ice covered with red been paste or something and green tea syrup (seems like it =p). Above all that are fruits and mochi (sticky rice cake?). And above all that, is the green tea ice cream itself decorated with a little red cherry on top. =) The combination of the sweetness from the red bean and the sourness from the fruit plus the stickiness of the mochi and a little bit of bitterness from the green tea fits perfectly in your mouth. Yummm...

Yes yes people drool away. But moving on. Being elsewhere, alone, is quite hard. There's really no one that is there when you need them. Like for example your friends. They're not there when you're lonely. And it makes you realise how badly you need them and how much you miss them. And your family. Thought they're annoying sometimes, well most of the time, they're not there. Especially when you're ill and need the warmth from a mother's love. When you're cold, you need to hug yourself to make you warmer and so on and sooooooo on... Quite sad actually. But when it comes to freedom... oweeee!!!! =D You can basically go anywhere at anytime you want to. But then again... Alone..

There's not much to say really. Susan has been updating a lot. Which is great! Pictures and stuff. But I don't know if anyone reads our blog. =p

Awh well.. That's all for the updates from New York. =) Pretty short, eh? Better than nothing though lol. I'm officially tired and wanna go home to eat my Doritos then sleep. =D sounds fun, doesn't it? ^^

Well I'll update more if there's anything to talk about haha.
