Unlike American potato salad, it has no acidic taste in it. It's mild and creamy with a mix of boiled potatoes, thinly sliced carrot, seedless cucumber and onions. It's like those potato salad you get from
(Japanese Airline) in your lunch menu.
........ It may not be the best salmon teriyaki that I've tried. First of all, the sauce is too sweet -- a strong brown sugar taste mixed with soy sauce. Second, a strong fishy taste from the salmon fills my tongue (plus the fact that the salmon is quite hard). So basically, it's a mixed of different strong tastes filling your mouth. Maybe due to the fact that the teriyaki is cold. I just couldn't be bothered to microwave it. =p
Unprofessionally wrapped! I opened the wrapper and a sheet of seaweed just popped up on my face. Gee! But... Let's not judge the book by its cover. And let us start biting...
