prom + sleepover

CAUTION: this will be an EXTREMELY long post with an EXTREME amount of pictures!!

prom was, overall, quite disappointing. i am still shocked over the fact that we had to pay 500frikinthousand for that... thing. i mean there was little food, and they didn't even taste that great. so i was still hungry after eating.

of course, we were late. ratna and i were like one and a half hours late (quite lost) but when we got there, it was just starting! janet and cathy, however, managed to lose their way aaall the way to... pacific place =.= quite an accomplishment i'd say.

and in ratna's house, her mum insisted doing something to my hair. so she put on foam and a lot of rollers. we were both scared it would turn out.... horrifying. but it didn't! BUUT everything went back to normal by the time we reached ritz carlton.

decoration was good, except for a few....

cross-dressing queens.... =P

i liked the singing moments!! the first time "graduation" by vitamin c played, the class members sitting on my table aaall sang!!

ratna insisted to take pictures with mr puran!!

there weren't that many performances (yes, our class planned to perform but it was cancelled) but i liked the band. the last song, "i love you bibeh", i never really heard. but two days after prom it played on tv and in ta =.=

daaamn i hate my seat!!!! you can't see anything at all!!! here's my view for the entire "sitting down" part of the night:

no, i didn't cry. which is good since i didn't feel like crying! a lot did though. especially in the "confession time" and "hugging + handshake" time. i have never hugged so much in a day!!

after everything ended we took more picz...

and then rushed up the lift...

into our room!!!!!!

the bathroom was absolutely FANTASTIC. two sinks, a remote-controlled curtain (<3), a bathtub and a shower. oh, and a toilet bowl of course.

after a while, because all of us were still hungry (damn prom food), we dropped our heels, put on our flip flops (more commonly known as "sendal jepit") and got on allison's car to search for fooood.

bella and janet opened the roof and screamed hellooooo to.... nobody and everybody! well actualy according to bella, "janet screamed hello, i only said aaaaa".

so that brings us to: ex!

unfortunately, the shops were closed (well yea it was like 1 am). so instead of mourning for our hunger, we decided to... well... take more pictures :P

and by "more", i mean a hell lot of pictures!!!!

hey! it's for memories' sake!

the wind was really strong when we got back to the hotel!!!

then, as soon as we reached 912....

from dancing shoeless back in the ballroom, they've gotten pretty black!! oooh and with... stuf... clinging on to them...

we decided to order McD, and while waiting for food to arrive...

yes, AGAIN!!!!!!

then suddenly, someone had an idea to prank call the guys (they were staying over too). to hell with it being 3 am!!! bella would speak. she'd pretend to be the front desk person who was calling to confirm their bills (2 and a half million if i'm not wrong).

but it aall failed when no one picked up =.=

we did tryy again later on though and philip picked up. went as planned but we were suspected. oh well.

then food came!!!! and my camera's battery finished :P

only four of us slept. me, ratna, janet, allison.

and was it an uncomfortable sleep ==" i kept waking up then sleeping again for sooo many times. like when i heard (half asleep) that they were going to tell ghost stories.

*wakes up*

*listens*

and when the story finished....

*goes back to sleep*

our positions for the night:

yes, i was SQUISHED to the side. we were supposed to make room for irene but since they slept first, she couldn't squeeze in.

so i woke up the next day with an aching neck. seriously if i turned my head or looked up... ouch...

but THANKFULLY, due to allison's magical hands, i was cured almost instantly!!! her massage, although more hurtful than what i could tolerate, was........ magic.... thank you my tempee!!! >.<

well the pain did come back after a while but still!!!

for breakfast, we walked to a nearby mall for its izzi pizza. well we had to wait till 11 before it was open, so in the meantime ---> starbucks :P and a short walk around ranch market (yes they have ranch market!!!)

bella was sick :(
