dog owners!!!
i'm sure you've taken your dogs out for walks. and isn't it just a pain to have to pick up their droppings everytime they decide to take a dump? well... we don't really do it in indonesia.
vina does but in other neighbourhoods, where dog and cat poop just pop out in roads and pavements, people usually don't bother. i know i don't =p

so now here's the story of a city in israel. yep, israel. whoo the hell talks about israel? so here's a fun fact about the country ;) or at least a city in the country.
a group of people are trying to turn their neighbourhood into a poop-free environment. how?? by rewarding those who clean up after their dogs and those who don't.
but how in the world can they do that? i mean if you walk down the streets and happen to see dog faeces (getting bored of the word "poop") lying around, you wouldn't exactly know who it belongs to, right?
and btw this pic reminds me of the cartoon poop surrounded with flies that we all draw 
DNA.
that sounds like friggin hard work for a buncha poop (i like that word after all) scouring the streets. so the plan is to register the dna of all the pets in the neighbourhood.
