tuition again

my new piano teacher... is hell. a no-nonsense, strict, prim and proper type. in other words, she's an old lady.
in fact, she reminds me of my p6 form teacher. remember ms toh? with the same short grey hair, it's no wonder her face popped up the minute i saw... i just realised i don't know her name.
i know i'll improve with her teaching. i know she'll drive me to practise more than i ever have before. and i know i won't enjoy it.
she even looked at my fingers when i was playing the scales!! something my previous teacher never did. and hence she noticed all the mistakes i made. which is... a lot. i always have wrong fingerings. or whatever you call it.
my previous teachers have all been young and nice and... well... young. no offense to old people but i do not want one as a teacher.
and did i mention i've had a lot of changes of piano teachers?
- susan (yes we share the same name) - temporary
- ernie - got pregnant
- sandra - leave of absence
wait i think there was a "catherine" somewhere. so i've had, including this new nameless one, 4-5 teachers as a grand total.
now i have to schedule an appointment with another woman who's name i have forgotten (was it bu pipin???) to negotiate an alternative date for my piano exam 'cuz i definitely won't be able to make it to the end of november's. i will have to meet her at the main branch of the piano school (ymj) which is... extremely far away. with heavy traffic.
see why i refused to continue my piano tuition?
update: and did i mention her breath stinks?
