i need some lines

i printed out another music sheet and the first page turned out like this:
normal? oh no take a look at the bottom part. if you noticed, the last two lines has no lines!!! ok that sounds weird but i don't know how else to describe it. it's all just notes floating around.
out came the ruler and the pencil. i was trying to figure out which line goes where when i had an amazing idea. why not open it with corel draw? then i'll just use that interactive blending tool, move the lines around and boom done! easy!
but of course... something's bound to go wrong. i don't have the fonts for music notes. so when i opened the page, it ended up looking like this:
