went to an orchestra for the very first time. we almost went to the wrong place. it's at usmar ismail hall, but the driver mistook it for taman ismail marzuki. they sound similar!!!
ken and sam were wearing almost the exact same outfit. i was playing "spot the difference" in my head.
twilite youth orchestra. the songs after the break were aaaaaawesooomeee. i swear if no one else was there except us vina would have swayed like mad and played and invisible violin passionately. we got into an argument about colours... it always happensss. there was this cloth thing which all of us said was orange, but she insisted was pale coral red. like...what the hell is that?!?!? i'm so not good with those colour names.
i didn't really pay attention to the titles of each song, so when vina and chu were talking about it after the show, i just went huh?? which one was that again...
it seems like the way to call for an encore is to never stop clapping?? 'cuz whenever we did that they played again.... fascinating...
there were actually 4 bbs students in the orchestra. saw dr san and ms lydia with her new bf ;)
