it rained quite a lot today. so when i got off the car after tuition, there was a huge puddle beside the sidewalk. and when i stepped off the car....
*clatter*
guess what? my handphone dropped. right splat into the puddle. and it's deep enough to submerge it almost completely.
i stood still for like half a sec, just staring at my phone. i mean, it's a brown muddy dirty puddle!!! and my phone was in there! it's like seeing it in a toilet bowl. only i would probably stand staring for thirty seconds.
but i did finally dip my fingers in and fish it out. it was still on. then i quickly went into the house, turned off the phone, opened it, took the battery and sim card out, and dried it with tissue. when i did, more water kept seeping out of the case. which probably means that the water's entered the phone. oh noooo!!!!!
right now it's just sitting in my room. let's hope all the water will just.... evaporate. if it does get broken and i need to get a new one... well the idea should make me happy but it doesn't. 'cuz i don't know which hp i should get.
this reminds me. years ago when we were still using those lame colourless phones, i used to take a shower while phoning. all that water and it never did get broken. but when vina tried it with her phone, she had to buy a new one =p even when she'd wrapped it with plastic.
