Chicken something

Hey youse!
I decided to cook today. I was craving for nuggets at first, and debated amongst myself - McDonald's or Wendy's...
So I went to Google and searched for the nutrition facts. Here are the results:
McDonald's
Wendy's Not much of a difference. But from comparison, McDonald's is more nutritious. It has more vitamins. But highly fattening!!!!
So I decided to cook instead. I bought some stuff from the Chinese grocery store, and created my own recipe.
Here are the ingredients:
soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger powder, sesame oil, and onion
1. Mix 1 cup of soy sauce, 1 1/2 tsp of ginger powder, about 1/2 cup of minced garlic, 4 tsp of sesame oil, and however many onions u like, in a big bowl.
2. Marinate the chicken in the sauce mixture for 30 minutes. (I was gonna use wings, but they didn't have any. So I got myself some thighs =])

3. Boil about 2 cups of water (coz I used 3 cups and it seems like it's too much).
4. Put the chicken in at a medium heat for 10 minutes.
5. Add the marinade to the chicken and more ingredients if you'd like to. I added baby carrots, shitake mushrooms, and some boiled eggs. Boil for about 10 minutes in medium-low heat.

6. Food is ready!

and you're ready to eat! =D
I also bought some rose milk tea.

I opened the package and... UGGGHH!!! Smells weird XP
But it tastes pretty good though.
So this food shall last for a few days ^^
Until I get bored eating it. ^^" and I shall find a new recipe =]
Oh! And the taste is not that bad. I think it would be better if I use fewer water. So yea... =] enjoy! ^^
