field trip!

3 weeks and already my first excursion in raffles!!! yesterday we were told to gather at the national museum at 9 am.
fanny and i reached there to find the others already sitting and waiting outside (except fui. he woke up late).

tickets are rp. 750 perak for adults. omg how cheap!!! i thought there was a typo when mr simon read it off the internet.
in we go~
first, we entered a room with lots of ancient pots. we had to choose one and draw it in 30 seconds. repeated that twice. then we had to draw a pot without looking at the paper
at all. in 30 seconds too. i kinda like it cuz then we're not pressured to draw well =p it's supposed to turn out weird!
there were also 5 minute and 10 minute drawings.
next, we entered another room. this time there were sculptures, handicrafts and all those creative stuff people used to make. we had to choose 2 to draw. but i think all of us only had time to draw one.

fanny and i were drawing in a corner. beside us, in the centre of the corridors, fui, revina and someone else i forgot (irene?) were sitting on a circular chair drawing. suddenly when i looked towards them the area was CROWDED!!!
people were surrounding them and watching them draw. we're famous!!!! mr simon was happily and smilingly using fanny's vid cam to capture the whole thing. it's almost like free advertising. later on fui said he heard the people talk to one another and somehow they came to a conclusion that we're in a competition - -"
nesia told us westerners approached her and asked for her name, school, and even for her phone number! she walked away lol.
at around 11.30 we were shooed away by the security guard. lunch break.
the door was closed when we were about to leave
bye bye museuumm~
the plan was to go to gi, sit in burger king, and talk about the drawings. or finish them. while eating.
the diligent group!!! they were still finishing up their drawings my god.
meanwhile, this lazy group ate and chatted and joked and laughed around
oh and took pictures. and videos. and competed to eat french fries with a straight face.
i overheard mr simon commenting on revina's piece on the other table. he pointed to the two boobs on the woman and said "these look good" HAHAHAHAHHAHA
then he continued to compare them LOOLLLL. i told the others and we laughed like crazy! i don't know it was hilarious at that time. but nesia reported to simon about it. tell tale!!!!

nesia, fanny, irene and i left to go to timezone. but then fanny and irene were picked up cuz they had to go to the salon to dress up for this... party. so the rest of the time i just played ice hockey (lost once, won once) and ddr-ed with nesia until i sweat like crazy.

after that i went to ratna's house and we went to puri to meet irene. I SNUCK INTO CELEB FITNESS!!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA (half-forced by them tho). i can't believe it was so easy! but half the time i was scared that someone would suddenly realise i'm not a member and kick me out. i joined them to a "body combat" class. pretty fun. good workout. but sooo long. and i hate push ups!
